1. Licensing & Insurance
Pytt Service LLC is a licensed elevator contractor in the State of Texas (License #20531) and carries insurance that meets all Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements. Our team is authorized to perform elevator-related work independently; no standby from another elevator company is required.

2. Scope of Services
The booked service is limited to the description provided in the booking confirmation. For sump pump inspections, service covers testing up to three (3) elevator pit sump pumps at a single location. Additional pumps or services outside the booking scope require separate authorization and billing.

3. Payment

• Invoices are issued after booking and must be paid prior to the scheduled service date.

• Bookings are scheduled a minimum of three (3) business days in advance.

• Payment may be made by check (no processing fee) or through our payment portal:

  • ACH (Bank Transfer): 1% processing fee

  • Credit/Debit Card: 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if:

1. We fail to commence work within four (4) weeks of the agreed-upon start date; or

2. Unforeseen circumstances make completion infeasible.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of the qualifying event.

5. Assumption of Risk
You understand that working within an elevator system involves inherent risks, including equipment malfunction, mechanical failures, electrical faults, and potential property damage. We do not assume possession, management, or control of any equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages, injuries, or losses is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any loss or damage beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, power outages, weather events, or pre-existing equipment conditions.

7. Release & Waiver
You release and waive any claims against Pytt Service LLC for injuries, damages, or losses sustained on your property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by us.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pytt Service LLC, its employees, and subcontractors harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from incidents on your property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

By submitting your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
